What a one-day ticket costs at every park on this site

Every company here sells one-day admission cheaper online than at the gate, and most price by date on top of that. These are the online-to-gate bands for all ten parks as of September 2026, with the company-by-company patterns that decide which parks to bundle into one trip.

Expected — not yet announced · Checked September 2026

Bands observed September 2026 against the operators' own ticketing pages — sixflags.com daily-ticket pages for Knott's (from $65 online / $110 gate) and the Magic Mountain offers page, legoland.com's California and Florida deals pages ($69 online floors, $129–$154 gates), and seaworld.com pricing for all three marine parks ($53.99–$71 online floors, $100–$111 gates). Every product here is dynamically priced by date; the page publishes online-to-gate ranges only and names the gate explicitly in each row label.

What it costs

Checked September 2026. Ranges, not fixed prices — see the note above.
WhatResortRangeAs ofNotes
Six Flags Magic Mountain, one day, online by date (gate around $110)Southern California$35–$110September 2026The widest spread on this site: promotional any-day online pricing ran as low as the mid-$30s in September 2026 against a $110 gate figure, with regular dated online pricing between. The floor is real but it is a sale price, not a list price.
Knott's Berry Farm, one day, online by date (gate $110)Southern California$65–$110September 2026Knott's own daily-tickets page carried from $65 online against the $110 gate in September 2026. Weekday dates sit near the floor; Scary Farm evenings are a separate hard ticket priced on the event page, not here.
LEGOLAND California, one day, online by date (gate $129–$139)Southern California$69–$139September 2026Online dated tickets from $79 with frequent kids' pricing down to $69 and below on sale, against a $129–$139 gate. Includes same-day SEA LIFE entry — the effective per-attraction price is lower than the sticker suggests.
SeaWorld San Diego, one day, online by date (gate near $100)Southern California$54–$100September 2026SeaWorld's own pricing guide opened at $53.99 online against a $102.99 gate for the cheapest dates. Bundles that wrap dining or Quick Queue routinely beat the standalone ticket at the top of the band.
LEGOLAND Florida, one day, online by date (gate $139–$154)Orlando$69–$154September 2026Online advance from $69 per person against a $139–$154 front-gate figure, with kids' online pricing from around $29–$39 on sale. The gate price here is the highest on this site, which makes the online purchase the single biggest save.
SeaWorld Orlando, one day, online by date (gate near $103)Orlando$54–$103September 2026Dated online pricing from the mid-$50s against a $102.99 gate. This is the cheapest full-day park in Orlando's tourist corridor and it prices like it — the value play on an Orlando trip that already has the big gates covered.
Six Flags Over Texas, one day, online by dateTexas$35–$100September 2026The same promotional-to-gate structure as the other legacy Six Flags parks: sale any-day pricing near the floor, dated online pricing through the middle, gate near $100.
SeaWorld San Antonio, one day, online (gate near $111)Texas$70–$111September 2026Online any-day around $71 including tax against a $111.49 gate. The official '$33 per day' promotions are multi-day, multi-park constructions — real, but not a one-day price.
Six Flags Great Adventure (NJ), one day, online by dateNew Jersey$35–$105September 2026Same structure as the other Six Flags parks. Haunt-season Saturdays carry the top of the band; the September-through-October weekend pattern is the pricing reason to move a first visit to a weekday.
Six Flags Great America (IL), one day, online by dateChicago$35–$100September 2026Same structure again. Great America's Fright Fest is the region's biggest haunt draw and its Saturdays price accordingly — the weekday-vs-weekend spread is the whole story on this row.

Park-specific admission and pricing terms

The Six Flags parks (and Knott's, same company since the merger) run the sharpest online-versus-gate spreads on this site — promotional any-day pricing can land 60% under the gate — but the floor is a moving sale, not a list price. If you see the mid-$30s at a Six Flags gate park, that is a limited window, not the normal state.

LEGOLAND prices high at the gate and discounts hard online, with kids' pricing doing most of the work: a family of four's effective per-person cost lands well under the adult sticker once the children's sale pricing applies. Both Legolands bundle SEA LIFE entry into the base ticket.

The SeaWorlds open online pricing lower than anyone ($53.99 floors) and push bundles — dining, Quick Queue, multi-park — as the value path. The single-day ticket is almost never what you should end up buying at full online price without checking the bundle page first.

The season-pass arithmetic, briefly

At every company on this site, the entry season pass costs between one and two one-day tickets at the online floor. Six Flags passes from roughly $79, Knott's tiers from $115 on sale, SeaWorld's ladder from the $120s — against one-day online prices in the $35–$75 range at the same parks.

That ratio — pass ≈ 1.5–2 single days — is why our default advice for anyone considering a second visit is to price the pass before the second ticket. The full pass ladders with their perks sit on the annual-passes page; this page owns only the one-day bands.

How to pay less

  1. Buy online, always, at every company here. The gate premium runs $30–$75 per ticket across this site, and no park on it sells online pricing at the window.
  2. Move one day off the peak. Because many covered parks price by date, the difference between a Saturday and the Tuesday beside it is often larger than any reseller discount.
  3. Check the company's own bundle before a reseller. SeaWorld's dining-and-queue bundles and LEGOLAND's second-day-free constructions frequently beat third-party ticket-only pricing.
  4. If a second visit is plausible at all, price the season pass against two one-day tickets before buying the second ticket — the arithmetic favors the pass at every company on this site.
  5. Treat deep-sale Six Flags pricing as a window, not a baseline: buy when the sale is live rather than planning around the floor being there later.

Frequently asked questions

Which park on this site is cheapest for a full day?

On online floor pricing, the SeaWorlds: Orlando and San Diego both open dated online pricing in the mid-$50s, and San Antonio's any-day online ticket sits near $71 against a $111 gate. On sale pricing, the Six Flags parks dip lower still, but those are promotional windows rather than standing prices.

Do any of these ten parks share a ticket?

Only inside a company: a Six Flags season pass covers the Six Flags parks (with tier-dependent regional access), and SeaWorld's upper passes cover all three SeaWorlds. No ticket or pass on this site crosses companies, so a two-company road trip is always two transactions.
